Desde niña siempre quise ser enfermera y, es hoy día, cuando he entendido que tanto esta como la nutrición se encuentran irremediablemente unidas. Es más, ambas son pilares que nos constituyen como seres humanos, idea que reflejó Maslow en su pirámide de las necesidades. Dicho esto, te invito a reflexionar, ¿es posible ofrecer unos cuidados de calidad sin tener presente la alimentación? ¿somos lo que comemos o somos lo que absorbemos? y ¿puede la nutrición complementar los tratamientos médicos en el abordaje de la enfermedad? (te adelanto que sí).
